Dropped kerb move catv cable pit

Hi all 

I cannot find who to contact about the assessment if a catv cable pit (I think that’s what I is) outside our property needs to be moved etc for a dropped kerb? 

the webpage does not work if you search divisionary works and someone kindly posted a new web link in the forum but the first page is successful but the last page it does not allow submission for the enquiry. 

please can someone at virgin provide an email address or phone number so I can discuss requirements etc and if it is something that needs to be moved
