Dropped Packets

Getting dropped packets on evenings on every other night causing me to get disconnected from games, streaming etc.

Don't know if that graph lets you change days but for months I've not had a solid connection and customer service is useless.

From the looks of your graph you have a pretty much perfect connection! 

Can you post your hub stats? If you don't know how let us know and we'll show you.

Constant in and out connection. Is there a way that I can speak directly to an engineer since every time I contact customer service they go through the hub reset script and don't understand it's an intermittent fault.

Can you please

Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter. 

Hub 2 & 3 When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.

Hub 4 When the page appears LOG IN then click ‘Check Router Status’.

Copy and paste the contents of the Downstream, Upstream and Network Log tabs onto here, if you get a yellow warning click the Post button again. Use one post for each tab if you wish. Please do not use screen grabs.

A Guru will be along soon to decipher the info.
