Drop outs and connection lost for weeks. >.<

Keep getting drop outs and dropped connections, doing my head in 😞

Setup a BQM here to monitor your incoming circuit.  www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

This will give you an historical record and will assist VM with troubleshooting, not to mention they will probably ask you to set one up anyway.

Thanks for posting. My apologies for the broadband issue. 

I've done a system check today and can see there is maintenance going on in your area today. Due to be resolved by 3pm. 

Your reference is C01260024. Please monitor the connection after this time and let us know how things are.
