Downloaded App won’t connect to hub4

  • Hi there 👋 
  • just downloaded the Virgin media connect app as I have connection issues in different parts of the house.  My phone is connected to the broadband but when I use the broadband icon it says it wants to connect to Hub 4 on My network.  When it try to load,  it comes up with an error message saying “please make sure your connected so we can find your connected devices”.  Is it me doing something wrong? 😊.  Any help appreciated.  Thanks

Make sure the mobile phone is not using iCloud Private Relay or any similar VPN or proxy process
