Hello,

There's a cable that's come loose from the side of the apartment building above my flat, and it's actually hanging right in the path of my front door. I've contacted Scottish power and they don't think it's a power line but is probably a telecom cable. I'm hoping to get someone to come out and take a look at the cable ASAP.

Hi I doubt it is virgins cable as thier services enter on the ground floor hense cable, you need to look where it has come from as it is probably an ariel or satellite dish cable, virgin do not install at heights. Regards Micky

At first glance, as @LittleMick73 has suggested it doesn't seem like this is one of our cables, but please allow us to look into this anyway for you just so we can rule it out.
