Does the quick start router come with a hub power supply?

Does a quick start router come with a hub power supply? 

my quick start router came today and did not come with a hub power supply. I’m quite confused as you can imagine.

Yes, there should be a power supply, I saw a post sometime ago where the user said it was hidden at the bottom of the package. If no luck,

Has not received it yet. Still waiting. I called on Friday and I’m hoping to have it by Wednesday.
