Do not need an engineer anymore

Hello,

I ordered my first broadband already and has to chose the engineer because I thought I didn’t not have a Virgin Media socket. 

I have now realised that I do have one. But I can’t seem to find a way to remove the engineer fee from my bill and get my broadband faster. And the hotlines are cancelled due to the virus...

I could really use some help.
