Do I have the right boxes for QuickStart?

Hi all!

Do I have the right kit for a QuickStart installation? I saw I had the box but there’s no connector underneath - the two cables to the right I think are connected to the satellite dish outside, while the other is connected to the Virgin box with the small socket. Do I need an engineer visit? Thanks in advance for your time!

Hi! Yes, the order is booked for Friday. I thought I had the right box but there’s no connector beneath it.

Looks like somebody has removed the Virgin cabling & used the access hole to install Sky satellite feeds.

You will need a manned install to reinstate the Virgin outlet. The telephone sockets are no longer used as the phone now plugs into the back of the hub.

Apologies for jumping on your thread but I last had Virgin Media services 18 months ago (April 2019). Can I safely assume that the internal wall box/socket can still be utilised? (it says Telewest on it and has just one threaded outlet). I'm due to get a quick start self install pack delivered tomorrow.
