I have had the new hub 5 a few days now and at the start all was working ok, but now I am getting upload speed drops sometimes as low as 3Mbps and the download can drop to 170Mbps which is not too bad but was allway above 200Mbps. Run the virgin test and it came back as possile noise in the cable. Have checked all connections. Hub in modem mode but is the same in router mode.

Upstream power levels quite high and QAM on all four channels 32, when they should be 64:

Looks like a local area issue.

Also too many Post RS errors which are uncorrectable.
Check with Area faults on www.virginmedia.com/servicechecker or 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 The phone goes down to post code level.
If no faults found:
Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.
