Hello again,
I may be absolutely thick I am aware of that, I have connected up my VM hub to our Telewest socket, which is now up and running (The socket is located in our downstairs loo, how very bizarre).
I am stuck with my 360 tv box, which needs to be connected to our hub via the white co-axial connector, how on earth am I meant to hook up our tv to the 360 box, when the 360 box is in our hallway?
HELP! I am very confused 😞

VM will put in another socket exactly where you want it. If it’s a new installation it will probably be free otherwise the cost will be £25.
Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

They'll place the sockets wherever you want them as long as it's not above first storey height.
