The treatment we've recieved from Virgin is horrible. I rarely ever write forums etc but I had to for this since the treatment and response by virgin is just disgusting. We newly changed broadband from sky, and we're given an installation date only for the installer to turn up and not want to do the Job properly. This in turn has led to having no Internet for over 2 weeks and they have no support whatsoever, they can't give us a date sooner even though its they're fault they didn't install, in which the day after sky disconnected services.
I'm trying to work from home in which I can't now, making it very hard and inconvenient for me, also living with 2 vulnerable elderly.
They do not even give us a dongle or alternative and expect us to sit here with no Internet for over 2 weeks causing a lot of inconvenience.
The support team is unbelievably hard to get a hold of, and when you do they just shrug their shoulders and expect you to just deal with it.
Now we just have wait. Should never have joined a big regret!

Is the wait being caused by VM delaying bringing a cable from the street to your home?
If so, you'll find plenty of other topics about that on here.
That won't be too much consolation to hear but reading a few of those topics will give you an idea of what you might expect to happen next.
