Disgusting Installation Service - Help

Does anyone know how to get these idiots to actually commit to a promise of installing your broadband?

I won't go into too much detail. But here are some statistics -

2x engineers turned up, said they can't install

5x installation date promises and moved

6 weeks since signing up

10 hours+ on the phone to them

3x no shows for surveys

10x callback requests with no callback

No notice of people not turning up

Been a customer at various properties for 12 years

Working from home racking up a HUGE 4g bill with a heavily pregnant Mrs (explained all of those a few times, they don't care). 

We live in a normal built-up area and was told we were eligible upon signing up. 

You get the picture. Is this company just gross or is there a way to actually kick these [removed] into action?

Read the reviews, then make your own mind up... I'm thinking more the former...

You should know by now that virgin will move their ass whenever they see fit.
