Disconnections, T3 timeouts, noise on the line

Hi,

I have been experiencing line disconnections over the past month. Sometimes for a short time (10-15 mins) sometimes for hours. It came to a point where it's disruptive to my work so I'm hoping to get an engineer visit arranged from this forum (please PM and I can send account details if needed)

My observations from monitoring network status:

- Upstream levels look consistently bad, with the line dropping from 64QAM to 32 to 16 and ranging from 50 to 53dBmV

- Constant T3 timeout errors (upstream) and lots of RS errors (downstream)

Today's network status below (not the worst - yesterday's upstream line was on 16QAM)

Yo're correct on all you've spotted and the conclusions you've drawn.  I've flagged for the forum staff to take a look as soon as they can.  If you get a technician visit there's a good chance they'll replace your hub as the Superhub 2 is now obsolete, which may help as well, but as the cause is a noisy line replacing the hub on its own probably won't fix that.
