Disappointed - not received delivery

I ordered a virgin bundle on 30/08, it is now 10/09 and I still haven’t received my delivery! Absolutely shocking service. Can’t find anyone to help us, when we did eventually speak to someone to help they said it would be delivered yesterday and it’s still not here! We deserve some sort of compensation as we’ve been in a new home with no wifi for all most 2 weeks now. There’s no way to track our parcel, has it been lost? Yodel is no help either. Terrible service and I won’t be recommending Virgin to anyone any time soon.
