Direct debit issues

Has anybody else had issues with their direct debits this month? My DD usually goes out on 23rd of each month like clockwork. This month, no money has been taken from my account yet online the bill is marked as "paid". Nothing has changed with my bank details and the bank tell me there's no issues on their side. I called VM customer services and they haven't given me any answers. I'm just concerned they're gonna nail me with a late payment fee which could affect credit record. Curious to know if anyone has had this issue?

Sorry to hear of the issues with the payment via direct debit.

Can you please confirm if this has since been resolved?

If the direct debit has failed, it may be worth discussing it with your bank where possible.

To make a manual payment for your services, you can do that via your My Virgin Media account
