Didn't receive delivery

Hi!

Here is my order reference: CH2022890707. The router was supposed to delivered on 28 Sept (yesterday) but it didn't. Also I didn't receive any other emails apart from order summary email.

How can I check the delivery?

Can I ask regarding this matter, did you receive any communication via Yodel for the delivery of the equipment?
