Hi. I need help asap. I ordered an installation package and it was supposed to be delivered today by Yodel. I got a confirmation email that the package was delivered at 14:13 but it never came! And I’ve been sitting in the front room waiting for the delivery at that time so it’s 100% the deliver person’s lie! How can I get him to give me my package?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I am sorry to hear about the issues which you have been having with the delivery and Yodel will usually give a timeslot on the day and deliver until 9pm. 

Can you confirm how it went and if you require any further assistance.
