Delivery tracking and address issue

My address is wrong on my receipt and I haven’t gotten a delivery tracking number or time slot from yodel for today. 

it’s for the flat above mine and I have no clue how to change it in my account since it says I am no longer with virgin media. 

customer service had to reorder a new quick start for me on the 8th of April to get my router on the 10th (Today). So I don’t know what to do?
