Hi. I am due to connect to virgin tomorrow. Apart from the contract a few weeks ago I have received nothing. No email no yodel text. Pre reg say it’s being prepared but with 24 hrs now I am concerned

Is this a self installation, with the VM cable to the road already installed? Yodel deliveries are often delayed. Check your MyVirginmedia on line and see what is shown there. 

Don't cancel any existing broadband until VM is connected and working properly.
