Delivery not received

Hi, I have ordered broadband through virgin and have received pre-contract documents email, however no hub was delivered on the given delivery dates. I have also had no confirmation email or post with my account number or area code and am therefore unable to contact anyone through the virgin helpline about logging into my virgin media or getting the hub delivered. No payment has been taken out of my account. Please help.
