Re: Deleting My thread on broadband related forum.

if it broke the forum rules it would have been deleted.
Otherwise as it's your first post it may have been caught in the spam filters and will turn up once approved.
This can happen if it had images or links in as well as some keywords etc.

@ModTeam can you look and see

the image you tried to post 4 times had your ip address in it - so VM are actually trying to protect you - they cannot modify your image - thats up to you so stick to the forum rules and your post will survive

rather than complain you should be thanking the mods

Re: Deleting My thread on broadband related forum.

Got that. Why not "suspend" the post instead of IMMEDIATE deleting??? I spent time to write it...

Never mind. I found my answers elsewhere

Thanks Ladies and Gents!

i dont know exactly how the system works and cannot see behind closed off areas and further dont know when you posted it - the mods may well have put it in a safe place - they dont work 24/7 and the emphasis is to keep the board and users safe so they moved/deleted the post

but alls well that ends well as you have sorted the issue - thats the main thing

Re: Deleting My thread on broadband related forum.

I was not expecting INSTANT reply or whatever.. I was not expecting to be "deleted" instantly too... without a warning...

Never ever seen same thing in my 40+ life... and use internet since 1998 rather a lot.

Thx

Tomas

Re: Deleting My thread on broadband related forum.

I which case with that much "experience" surely you should know not to post personal details on a public forum.
