My Wi-Fi installation has been delayed 3 times - it is becoming completely outrageous and the customer service is horrendous. Please can I be told when this will be resolved it’s really gone too far.

Welcome to the club of would-be customers waiting for connections. There are plenty of members, so you won't be lonely.
While you are waiting, have a read through the stories on this page and previous ones that will describe the sort of delays that can occur.
If you have an existing contract with another supplier, do not cancel it until you have a working connection from Virginmedia. All dates that you are given are merely estimates designed to keep you hanging on.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums.
Sorry to hear about the delay to your installation - I can appreciate it can be extremely frustrating! Unfortunately there are many factors that can come into play with this such as construction, permits and permissions. We have an online checker to see if the area is serviceable which would show you if it is - but this doesn't mean that it would be able to be installed right away due to the reason I have mentioned such as construction etc. I can see since your post you have been able to speak with the team - did they confirm the reason with you?
