Deferring start date

Morning,

Is there any way to defer my start date with Virgin Media in order to avoid overlapping with my current broadband provider?

Hi Rogandw,

I would advise you to keep your current broadband active until the VM broadband is installed and up and running, just in case there are any snags or delays.

Hi I also would advise you keep the arrangements intact, I have seen too many posts on here where there have been unforseen snags where people have been left with no services. Regards Micky

Thank you for following this up - though I've decided to retain the earlier installation date, as my internet with the current provider has (coincidentally only after having cancelled my contract with them) started acting up.
