Damaged roof tiles damaged door frame, damaged wall and more

Hi All,

After a much delayed installation yesterday (council permissions waffle waffle waffle). I am now in possession of Virgin Media broadband and a newly damaged roof, door, wall and more. Does anybody know who deals with claims to damaged property please as Umme Kholsun and Rajath the unhelpful telephone operatives yesterday didnt seem to want to help? I have posted the pictures to the facebook page under the top advert they have up at the moment but still no reply. Thanks

You'd probably do better to post your images of the damage on here.

One of the forum team might refer it on for you to an 'area manager' or someone local to you to deal with.

Past descriptions on previous similar topics on here though detail long waits for any kind of a remedy (if a remedy is ever offered by VM) and endless chasing by the customer. The speed of response for a fix may be the same speed as you installation was.

Consider the possibility that you may have to make a 'small claim' / 'money claim' through a court process for the damage then resolve yourself once you have given VM the opportunity to fix and they fail to do so.

We can then get this logged and escalated to out install complaints team to contact you and arrange repairs.
