Damaged phone cable - how do i report this?

dayzo
Tuning in

Help, we are digging our drive only to find that the Virgin cable was only about 1-2 inches below the surface !!!!!!!! and it has now been partly damaged

Broadband and TV are still working but the phone is now disconnected

How do I report this please to get it repaired?

Please don't suggest the 0345 number as I have been through many options on there and just cannot find a way to report this 😞

thanks

Hi @dayzo

I'm afraid  it's generally 150 from a Virgin landline  or 0345 454 1111 which is a free call on most tariffs as it's treat the same as a normal landline number.

You could try 0800 9528046.

When you do get through you need option 2 (Faults

When calling Faults ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.

Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit.
