So we’re gutted, yesterday we had our home broken into. We think they damaged and cut the Virgin box outside to disable our CCTV.
This was an old box we used to have.
Today was my first day setting up Virgin with our new box. After checking repeatedly the set up was fine, I went outside to see the box was damaged.
I have booked a technician but I don’t need if a specialist is needed for this issue.
Any help would be amazing!

In regards to the appointment for the external cable, I've had a look and I can see the engineer booked is the correct appointment type and the agent has booked in the correct specialist.
We will ensure that this work gets completed correctly and that everything is done right, it's the least we can do to ease your affairs.
