our external cables and box have come loose although our service has not been affected

The cable box is now bulging open with a mass of wires sticking out and the lid will not close. Not sure if the wires are functional.

also the external wires that were originally fitted have come loose and are hanging off the wall on the front of the house.

I was not sure who to contact as it does not fit into a specific classification - please advise who/how/which one of  your services I contact  to proceed with addressing this. Thanks for your advice with this.

Post up some photos of the "damage". A VM person will see them on here in a day or two and can arrange to get it sorted
