Damaged brown

Hello. I’ve brought a house and I’ve chosen virgin media as my Wi-Fi provider however when I have gone to set up there is no brown box on my outside wall looks like there was one there previously. How do I go about getting an engineer to come an install a new one? Thanks

You need to phone the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
