The external brown box has been damaged - not sure how this happened as it was intact last night and it was noticed this morning that it was damaged.

The cover has just come off. It fits in with lugs to the top and is held in place by a cable tie at the bottom. It’s an easy job to do, but if you want VM to do it:
Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
There may be a fee of £25 to pay.
