Turning the Hub off for ~10 minutes usually alleviates the issue, but has become increasingly frequent to where I'm lucky if the internet stays up for an hour after a reset. I've been reading some other threads after googling some of those errors it has given out, and some have posters have said that other people's power levels look off, how do mine look? I've ensured the coaxial cable is firmly connected at both ends.

Re: DS Ranging - Can someone interpret my DS and US please?

your downstream power is showing at the very upper limit, and the upstream at the other end, attached to the white coax cable is there any attenutors that might say +5dbmv FP or something simiar, since high odds this would require a tech to attend, can wait a day or so for the forum staff to check things over or could call faults via 150 / 0345 454 1111

Re: DS Ranging - Can someone interpret my DS and US please?

Hi guys, so since that last post, I have not had as many complete interruptions to my service, but speeds have been all over the place (really slow but sometimes goes back to normal speeds), to the point where I can't watch just a 5000kbps 720p live stream without it buffering constantly.

Here are my stats as of right now:

Does anything stick out that would indicate a bad connection? I've been waiting for it to get better on its own for weeks now but it's still terrible.

Re: DS Ranging - Can someone interpret my DS and US please?

Forgot to add: I have checked the coax cable and there's no sort of signal modifiers on the cable itself. Also checked if the coax cable was loose, but it's firmly tight at both ends.

Re: DS Ranging - Can someone interpret my DS and US please?

both upstream and downstream levels are too high - pre rs errors are a mess but that might be because of the levels - nothing for you to do but book a tech

you can ring - if you get offshore dont get involved - tell them you need a tech - if they wont do that without going through theirs scrips hang up

VM here will sort a tech out - will give them a shout - will be monday earliest before they get to the thread

@ModTeam - can someone sort a tech out please if op has not done soa via the phone before someone gets here

Re: DS Ranging - Can someone interpret my DS and US please?

Thank you for your post LukeSK and sorry to hear you're having some broadband issues.

As -tony- has helpfully explained, we would need to send one of our engineers to take a further look into this for you.

To do so I would need to send you a private message to pass security on the account in question, if you could please respond to this by going to the purple envelope in the top right of your screen.

Thank you, Emily.
