Cut cable in front garden

Hi, had work done on my front garden and was informed that my virgin cable had been gone through as it was just under the grass only under about 2 inches, how do I get thy is fixed?

You need to call Virgin Media to report your loss of service, that will trigger a tech visit.

150 from a working VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

VM staff tend to respond to posts in this forum, but response times this weekend may vary.

Sorry hear that your cable was not buried deep enough and as a result, there's been a cut, which has led to loss of service.  The fantastic japitts has advised you correctly.  However, I would love to help you get this issue resolved.
