Cut Cable

Usual story, builders digging cut a cable in green conduit, causing total connection loss.  Interestingly we had carefully removed one green conduit, but the cut one was buried much deeper.  Ive traced them both and can see that they both run to a brown box at the house.  Any idea why we would have 2 cables?

Anyway, I can’t find a way to report this on the telephone or on the website - anyone point me in the right direction on how to book an engineer?

Its possible they have linked a neighbouring property from it.
