Hello Virgin Media Community,
I need to cancel an order with home phone (landline) and broadband. Customer service agent was like "why do you want to cancel, you cannot cancel I have a 18 month contract with us"
1. I ain't with Virgin, I'm with BT atm?
2. Why do they lie and why was he being rude with me!
3. Can a Virgin Media people please PM / DM to see if they have cancellation my open order?
