Critical errors

Hi,

 

I am getting a number of critical errors in the log page, as well as frequent disconnections if the VM router from the internet. 

Logs are copied below for info - thanks in advance.

Your upstream power levels are too high and that's interfering with your hub communicating with the kit in the street cabinet, as a result it loses synchronisation, which usually appears as slow speeds and disconnections.  The VM staff on the forum will be able to advise if there's an area fault with an expected resolution date & time, if not they can arrange for a technician to visit.
