I got a Virgin TV installation on Thursday 10th September.
I recieved a automated text from Virgin today saying is it still ok to do installation for that date. I reply back with yes.
I then get a message saying am I shielding cause of Covid or have symptoms? I reply no.
It then replied my appointment will be rescheduled as I am shielding when I am not!
Is anyone able to help instead of me ringing first thing at 8am trying to make sure my appointment is still going ahead!
What's your online appointment list say?
Still has my original date which I want unless it's not been changed yet cause I replied to their text before 10pm and they are closed?
