Does anyone have a UK number for a manager in the installation team? I keep having my installation postponed due to third party contractors not turning up to run cable down to my property, been going on for 7 weeks now and getting desperate. Keep messaging customer care, but nobody ever comes back to me after they have promised to do so

Sorry its not on better terms and you are still waiting on getting installed.
I would like to see if we can get this put to bed and have you up and running as soon as possible.

Great news about the cable being pulled now ready for your installation.
Can you please keep me posted on here how you get on.
All installations are done by in house engineers, So I know its not going to go bad.
