Contract

I am a new customer signed up online and have had very little communication. Virgin impoasible to phone.

I made order for ultimate oomph bundle. My question is why have I not received a contract?

Installation enginerr

I ordered ultimate oomph online with engineer install.

Very poor communication. Does the installation engineer bring all equipment on the day including router hub and tv boxes?

I have had no info re getting these delivered beforehand and virgin are uncontactable by phone.

I also havent had a contract?

Hello

With an engineer visit all the equipment would be with the engineer when he arrives, Virginmedia would not send the equipment out before hand as that would cost them more.

Especially after Yodel had lost the original, and then left the replacement in a wheelie bin on bin day.

Then Virgin would charge the customer for non return of equipment 😂
