I recently ordered a virgin media package and recieved the pre-contract email saying my router and other equipment is going to be delivered. However I have only recieved the pre-contract email and not the actual contract email. I did get an order confirmation with the web number etc, but not a actual email, Now I can not sign into My Virgin due to the fact that I have no area reference and account number

Your account number and area reference will be on the monthly emails we send to advise your bill is ready.
