Contract expiry

Hi! My Vivid 100 contract expires this month. The upgrade is very expensive though as it goes from £29 pm to £50.50 pm (broadband and phone). Could it be possible that I cancel this current contract and switch to a new contract altogether? The new contract would cost me £33 pm for a 12 month contract.

You will not be able to sign a new deal for £33 pcm, that is a new customer deal, and you are not a new customer. Use the number dj shadow gave you to see if you can get a discount, but dont expect it to be £33 pcm.
