Contract Start Date

Hi,

I have just signed up for a new broadband contract and would like to set the start date to begin after my last one with another provider expires. How can I change this?

Thanks!

Re: Contract Start Date

Is this a brand new VM install?

Have you been given a date as yet?

Re: Contract Start Date

If it is a new instal.... standard advice on here is not to cancel the existing one with the other provider until VM is installed and running to your satisfaction. One month with both active is a small insurance price to pay in case there is an "unexpected issue" with the VM install - believe it or not - there sometimes are 🙂

Re: Contract Start Date

Hi,

No install required but brand new contract.

Haven't been given a date yet. Just wanted to try and get ahead of the curve.

Thanks!

Re: Contract Start Date

You do understand that Virgin will need to put in their own new cable, unless there is already a Virgin cable at the address?
