My appointment for tomorrow has been cancelled again, with no reason given. This is the 4th time now. The annoying thing is that no groundwork is needed and the fibre presentation has already been tested by a VM engineer. The call loggers who call you to arrange the next appointment are useless as they have no info or have the ability to escalate. Most I have spoken to have a poor grasp of English. I have had a few text messages that I can't respond to as they reject asking me to contact VM, when I chant with them on Whatsapp they have no clue what the text was for.

I wonder if I should cancel my order now as this doesn't bode well.
