Contacting virgin

Any advice on how to get through to someone to sort out broadband problems? We had an engineer visit in late Dec who said we needed a different engineer to move the router and work out the right boosters. No one came, and the manager who had set up the first engineer's visit (via email) is now unable to follow up because of lockdown duties, and said to call virgin by phone ... but that just gets us to a place which says go to the website.

Re: Contacting virgin

Call in at 08.00 that usually gets you through with low wait times.

Re: Contacting virgin

Thanks -- the issue is, we don't even get put in a queue, just go through various options before being told to restart our hub and go to the website. So we are stuck.
