Can someone offer any assistance. I originally logged a call with Virgin Media back in November 2020 and I’m still without Broadband/TV.
I’ve had to 2 install dates already and both times Virgin Media engineer have called up last minute saying that they cannot proceed due to construction work that needs to be carried out first.
I’ve reached out to the pre-install team today and they cannot do anything until a cable is installed which needs permission from the local authority. Can someone please help and provide me how some guidance please?
