Our superhub 3.0 has had a constant red LED (wide rectangular one at the bottom)
I have read through other posts. The hun isn’t hot and is in a well ventilated position. I have reset Hub more than once. It changes colour briefly but then goes back to solid red.
I think I need a new hub. After significant issues trying to resolve poor signal over the last few months I am not prepared to spend more time on hold to speak to someone and having increased our package recently to get a better signal I am not prepared to pay for a new Hub.
