Constant light on Hub3

Our superhub 3.0 has had a constant red LED (wide rectangular one at the bottom)

I have read through other posts. The hun isn’t hot and is in a well ventilated position. I have reset Hub more than once. It changes colour briefly but then goes back to solid red.

I think I need a new hub. After significant issues trying to resolve poor signal over the last few months I am not prepared to spend more time on hold to speak to someone and having increased our package recently to get a better signal I am not prepared to pay for a new Hub. 

please can you help?

Sorry to see you've been having issues with the connection, can you please advise me if you're having any connection issues?

 

Looking into the account, it seems that there appears to be an issue with some Wi-Fi connections, do you have this issue on all Wi-Fi devices?

 

Do you experience any issues on wired connections? Can you also tell me how long the red light has appeared at the base of the hub?
