Constant Outages

Hi all, hope you're well.

Getting frustrated by constant outages lasting hours at a time (though never long enough to be reimbursed!) and when it is working the speeds are nowhere near 1gig - in fact I saw no change in speed after upgrading from 200mb. I understand the limitations of WiFi but I don't believe that is the issue as wired connections aren't much better.

Is it possible for someone to take a look over my connection/account please?

Not really happy paying over £50 per month for this to be honest - working from home has been impossible lately and the kids are on my case as well!

I'll post hub info below, any help or advice would be massively appreciated.

Tech came this morning was great, Splitters removed & hub replaced - all sorted & very happy.
