Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday

No not had time yet unless you can sort it. Didn’t answer phone yesterday 

No one answering your phones for connect cable to box 15 mins today 10 mins yesterday 

Rang several times each time on hold over 15 mins not very good for a new customer  cannot connect the wires from outside box not connected to inside 

Try calling when they open at 0800.

Apparently the hub 3 isn’t the best as you have issues with it and the hub 4 is no extra charge so can I swop it for the hub 4. As it’s a free upgrade
