Rang several times each time on hold over 15 mins not very good for a new customer cannot connect the wires from outside box not connected to inside

Apparently the hub 3 isn’t the best as you have issues with it and the hub 4 is no extra charge so can I swop it for the hub 4. As it’s a free upgrade
