I just installed me new hub 4 as I got a upgrade installed everything the way I was meant to but still have been waiting an hour and half for the connection to come on
It may be because of an activation issue they are having at the moment. My advise would be to wait until 8am tomorrow morning, then try a reboot. If still not working, then call in
Activation issue ongoing since 8am this morning. Will be resolved no later than 3 working days I'm assured.
If I plug my old hub in for tonight will that still work or will if not coz I’ve got the signals sent to the new one
Its worth a try just incase the removal request didn't go through. In which case it should work, when it stops working the new one is probably activated

Sadly the installer took my old router away so I burned through 4.5GB of mobile data working from home.
