Connection

Hello there I have just set up my new virgin box via quick start. I have set these up before. All the wires are in the correct place. The light at the bottom (the line) is flashing green whilst the signal button is just green. I believe this means my box is on but no WiFi connection? Do I need an engineer or am I being stupid? TIA Jess

Hi did you ring the activation number that should have come with a new box, if not its 0800 9539500 have your account number area code and serial number of your box to hand. Regards Micky
