if you are sure its activated and it would be wise to ring the activation line again and get them to check and/or try again then you need a tech - it may be that the cable has been disconnected at the cabinet or somewhere else - so double check all the connections you can see - see if there is a second connection in the house and [again] try that - if hon of that helps ring and book a tech or post back and wait for VM who will do that
