My connection keeps dropping out over the last week, Looking at my BQM it started on Friday 18th and been bad since. I tried to raise a fault through my account but it just keeps telling me there's nothing wrong...

Your connection looks noisy, I would ask you to ensure all connections are tight, both inside and outside of the property if possible and reboot your router to ensure it renegotiates it's connection.
If the connection is still bad a few hours after doing that then post back with a fresh set of stats.
